Our product is made and established to aid line scan cameras along train tracks. These lights aid with capturing an image of the trains to let the AI look for any defects or errors in the train. Once it detects those errors, it can notify the train as soon as possible to ensure the safety of everyone involved. These lights ensure that the images are clear and readable by the AI, unlike previous lights used that resulted in unclear or unevenly lit images. In additions, our lights are designed to withstand extreme temperatures and harsh conditions, so they may last long and keep our rails safer.
The Line Laser Light (IITL-LD30-D) provides excellent compensation light for the high speed line scan imaging system. It provides high power line shape illumination with reverse voltage protection and extreme temperatures protection. The LDs inside are divided into two groups which can be individually turned on and off.
